New Account Information

To set up a wholesale account, the following requirements must be met:

1. Provide a copy of a Landscape Installation Certificate or a Nursery Dealers License.
2. Company name and address verification – business card, business check or business letterhead.
3. To qualify for tax exemption, a copy of an Exemption Certificate must be on file with Greenfield Plant Farm. Click here for Ohio Certificate (Adobe Acrobat format).

Wholesale accounts receive the lowest price possible for any purchase.

Terms and Conditions

All transactions are COD (cash on delivery). Payments made with a credit card will be subject to a 3% service charge to cover our processing fees.

Applications may be submitted to qualify for Net 30 terms. These terms require payment within 30 days of purchase. If payment is not received in this time period, a 1.5% finance charge is applied monthly to the outstanding balance (18% APR). After 60 days, non-payment will result in reversion to COD status.
