Wholesale orders are processed and acquired at our Maineville nursery. Landscapers with an account may also acquire plants at our Anderson Township location on Clough Pike. Larger orders should be called in to Jordan, Sarah or Dave at our Maineville location using the phone number below and can be picked up at either site.

Changes to Wholesale at Our Anderson Location

For your convenience, wholesale customers may still purchase plant material from our Anderson location. If you are in the area and want to purchase out of the retail stock at Anderson, you will receive 30% off the retail price on any plant material we have grown and 20% off on trees, shrubs and any bought in material such as tropicals and annual flats. We can now process your sale at our retail checkout. This will speed your checking out process. All orders purchased out of the retail stock at Anderson are cash and carry even if you have terms with us. Cash, Check and Charge will be accepted. To get true wholesale pricing or to purchase on terms, orders must be place with the wholesale department at Maineville and the plant material will be shipped to our Anderson store on the next available truck.

Ordering is best accomplished by submitting a list of requests. We will then respond with availability and pricing. Wholesale pricing can be accessed on this web page by setting up an account, obtaining a password, and clicking on the Main Price List, Annual Price List and/or Weekly Availability and Price List links above. In addition to this, the weekly availability list highlighting plants in bloom can be faxed or emailed upon request. Many items are available in limited quantities. To set up a wholesale account, the following requirements must be met:

All transactions are COD (cash on delivery). Applications may be submitted to qualify for Net 30 terms. These terms require payment within 30 days of purchase. If payment is not received in this time period, a 1.5% finance charge is applied monthly to the outstanding balance (18% APR). After 60 days, non-payment will result in reversion to COD status. All stock is guaranteed true to name and in healthy condition at time of shipment. All claims must be made within five days of receipt of stock. Our liability shall in no case extend beyond the replacement of stock or amount of purchase price.

All plants offered on our list are winter-hardy and are USDA Zone 6, unless otherwise noted.

Deliveries within 40 miles of our Maineville nursery on orders of $500 or more will be charged a minimum $43.00 delivery fee. Call for other rates. We are happy to accommodate both large and small orders. Terms may be subject to change.

We have used the "Naamlijst van vaste planten" as our primary resource as accepted by the PPA. We do use English translations of cultivars, contrary to official nomenclature rules.
